What we charge, and what we don't
Registration money is routed to your own connected Stripe account. On top of your price we add one service fee so you net exactly what you advertised, and that fee is what pays for the platform on a free plan. It is shown on the registration page before a parent starts, itemised as a line at review, and returned to them when you refund an order.
Game Day Stand — 0%
The concession and merch kiosk adds no fee and takes no cut. The parent pays exactly the total; the league absorbs standard card processing, as it would with any free tool.
Donations — 0% platform fee
Every dollar of a donation goes to the league. Only a donor's optional "cover the processing fee" amount is retained, sized to what the card actually costs.
Refunds return our share
When a league refunds an order, the service fee goes back to the family too, unless the league chooses otherwise.

Tournaments
Priced per event, by bracket size
One flat price for the event — the club pays a single entry fee per division, and there is no per-player registration charge. That works out at about $19 a team.
- Entries on a purchased event carry a 3% + $0.30 pass-through, so directors keep 100% of entry fees minus card processing.
- Series includes 3 concurrent events, your own domain and unlimited blasts.
- Running your own league's playoff bracket is free on every plan — a per-event purchase is only for collecting real entry fees.

Clinics
$49 for a one-off clinic
A registration-enabled event that stays open for up to 60 days, for a coach who doesn't want a subscription. Clinics are already included in any paid plan's season slots — a Team & Training plan at $199/yr runs them all year.
Add-on
Sideline Report — $79 a season
AI-written game recaps and player features drafted into News from your stat lines, optionally seeded with a coach's note. Drafts only — a person always publishes. Needs News and Stats switched on. Available on every plan.
